[Fishing] New advanced char templates

One of the new advanced char templates, fresh from the patch notes:

Alchemist/Cook
* 85 Cooking
* 85 Fishing
* 85 Alchemy
* 70 Magery
* 70 Tinkering
* 90 Strength
* 85 Dexterity
* 50 Intelligence

Not too bad, even if I would have preferred poisoning over tinkering. (On the other hand there are nice tinkering pets, that can easen a fishers life.)
Any guesses if this can bring little more action onto the seas?
