Forget it.I don't know you personally, but I have read some of your posts and you seem to be very passionate about UO. However, comparing your quote to UO customer service is a bit over the top. No one here is being killed or dying for UO. That's just my opinion.

Because you make a phone call to EA customer service, and end up with 1 Person out of 10 or maybe 40 who has no clue on what EA supports does not mean EA as bad customer service. It was one call one EA support staff person Its not the end of UO. Now if you made 10 calls got different support staff, and they told you the same thing. then I would say yes that is bad customer service.
First of all...there are no jewels of wisdom in this, the land of apathy, but I may presume that you took that from one of my posts, as I used it recently. The first phone call the CSR was unprofessional said EA no longer supported UO.
The second phone call the CSR Supervisor ,while very nice, said UO was still supported but by live chat NOT phone.
The third CSR was the Live Chat which I WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO! The live chat CSR was unhelpful, and unprofessional.
How many times am I to interact with Customer Service before its deemed that EA has BAD customer service.

To be fair, no one is denying that customer support needs improvement. While it is not your fault, the company changed who provides customer support for Ultima Online. Those who are not responsible for providing support may not be fully aware of the game and may have been hired after the change. Any information they may provide might be from old notes left in their desk by someone who was a CSR years before them, and they provided this information to you thinking it was accurate. Typos can also certainly be made as someone is typing fast to get you SOME information while they are trying to answer the next call.Recently I have been trolled, bashed, flamed etc and so forth for speaking out LOUDLY about EA's Customer Service department.
LOL, I think the story of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" fits better in your case. You have been whining about UO for a very long time, usually with the threat of quitting.A very sobering and frighting reminder of what happens when no one speaks.
