Neon hair questions....

I have neone hair and i want to change the style... from long hair to pig tails. Will i be able to do so without losing my neone mel dyed hair color?


Also... can i go bald and then back to pigtail? without losing hair color?

I know you can change the style and not lose the shade.

However.... Going BALD and back to having hair then resets the hair color to the blank state of offwhite/gray...
