I check every vendor in Yew, Umbra, and Luna. Literally every vendor.

Shay's a class act. We ran into each other on our non faction guys the first day of SA and he helped me do the dungeon entrance quest and guided me all the way to Ter Mur while showing me various spots along the way; a favor I was then able to pass along to quite a few of my guildmates.
