Where did they move him, I know he use to be in Haven but I can't find him anywhere in New Haven anywhere...He's for the Cloak of Humility quest, and I've found all the other characters needed for the quest just not him.

he is normally to the sth west exit to new haven, in the carpenters building, nth west of the moongate.
