Need xtrade between Atl or Cats with Legends.

Hail,
I need an xfer token and 8 frag tokens delivered on Legends. Problem is I have no money there. I can pay on Atlantic or Catskills.
I can also send those items if an xfering party would travel one of those routes, paying the fee involved.
