I do vendor in umbra over west bridge 3 scrrens away. Vendor is right on road. It has a Lrc 100 med suit for 20k

I sell medable LRC by the piece at my vendor shop in safe haven @ 100 gold per % of LRC. All 13+ LRC. I gave a bunch to a new player to train her magery up from 0, but it's usually pretty well stocked. I should have given you a rune when I bought those maps methinks. It's right on the road though.

I just restocked with enough armor to make several full suits.
