Need some information

I was told some time back that there is an in game item that will let me get the resources from a commodity deed in my house. I don't remember the name of it or where I can obtain one from. Can someone help me out on my memory lapse?

It is a Commodity Deed Box. It's a first year veteran reward

The box also allows you to take empty deeds, and fill them in your house as well...
