Need quick help/answer concerning account

Hey,

Iam trying to help a new player... he is on the 14 day trial, but likes it so much he want to buy the game, so he can place a house...

He want to keep his chars from the trial account... what does he buy on gamecodestore?

Does he buy the SA upgrade or the SA new player? If he buys SA new player.. will he be able to keep his chars/current account?

Needs to buy the trail account first, and then upgrade it to the SA expansion

I think he can go to uo.com and upgrade his trial account by paying for a month or whatever, going thru the billing option. Then he can buy an upgrade code for SA (get upgrade, not new account for SA). I *think*. Not sure on this.

I dont get why they dont write this on the site... surely other ppl on their trial accounts wants to continue playing?

100% on the mark..least I think .. had to help someone the other night in my guild with this same problem.. they didnt know whether to buy an SA new player account or upgrade to continue playing.. told them all they had to do is edit there billing info so they'd be billed after the last day of there trail account to make the trail account an offical account. Then they could decide whether to spend the extra money on upgrading to SA or not.
