[Price Check] Need Price/Info Please on Unusual Bracelet

Have a bracelet that has what looks to be html on a bracelet of binding. Bright Gold Bracelet - the text "I Own Joo Noobs" is in yellow lettering with a white background. It does -not- have any other text... -nothing- saying bracelet of binding etc. Just the text above and weight: 1 stone.

Anyone know what this is? An' anyone have any ideas on prices?

either a player made item inscribed with html, which can still be done today although is rarely done anymore and is believed to have been fixed. Or a uo magic moments item created by the player who paid for the event.
