[Necromancy] Need more reagents?

I’m wearing 100% LRC armor, but every 8 or 9 necromancy spells, I get a message saying I need more reagents. Why is this happening?

Try going to 101% I think there is a tiny little bug with real and displayed value. Of course I haven't seen this bug in a decade or more. So I may be wrong.
