Decorative Vines. Got this at a Idoc awhile ago and dont know anything about it, if it is a rare or not. This was before SA as well.

They are rare. Treat them as you would a server birth. They came from when areas were being decorated in the world and some vines were not locked down properly by whoever was putting stuff up at the time.
