Trying to find where u go to activate account anyone have a link

You need to create a new EA Master Account and link your UO account(s) to that. There is a help forum for all that:

On Wednesday they will allow you to play your account for free for the rest of September.

So if you just plan to check it out, wait until Wednesday and play 4 weeks for free.
