I am trying to make a macro with UO Assist to chug pots. I made them on my Dexer about 3 years ago. On my dexer, the only line is " use item type". I have assigned it a key and it works great. On my new character, If I hit record, then hit the potion, then hit stop, it has recorded: use item. then when I try to change "item" to "item type" it wont let me, does not offer that option. I remember I had to put some sort of line in the recording prior to using the potion, but have tried everything. I hope this makes sense to someone that can help me. Thanks in advance for your help.

Try "counting resources" before you record the macro. That usually seems to work for me.
I new I was forgetting something simple. Thanks very much for the info and the quick response. Also, thanks for the Signature. Spanky
since potions stack now...you probably don't need use item type anymore do you?
