I can not begin to explain how to do that to you. But, I did find Larisa's Guide easy enough to walk me through it.

If it´s gonna fall today, even if you some how manage to re-activate the account there´s no guarantee it will refresh the house within 10 hours.
If I were you I would find someone you trust that can take the house (if you can) for now or start emptying it out.
how would i transfer it if my account is off?lol,its still greatly but it will turn soon i hate to move all that heavy
Is house decay really not turned off? They said it was.
What they said was, "In the interim, we have protocols in place to make certain houses and accounts do not lapse or go inactive during this time. "
To me, that strongly implies they only turned off the decay and allowed continued log-in for accounts that were not lapsed or inactive as of a certain date. I would not assume that they did anything special for accounts that were already lapsed or inactive before whatever date that was. My guess is the date in question is something like August 4th or 5th, 2011.
I wouldn't trust it. I got a castle idoc late Sat nite early Sunday morning. I'm hoping it was just an inactive account, it was already IDOC since Friday I think someone told me. Would be nice to have official word on this.

If your house is falling now, it means you ran out of gametime 90+ days ago.
The housing decay rule is still the same, so say if my gametime runs out before the migration is complete (Sept.1) and I am still unable to get in and update my payment information, my house won't start to decay for 90 days.
Your house falling has nothing to do with the migration.
BUT...getting in to update your current payment information is a problem. Some people have had no problems updating it, some have.
Your best bet would be to call support, calmly explain that you need to give them money but are unable to at the current time through the online account management system.

If his account has gone over the 90 days and I would hazzard to guess he was not on active account. I dont think the "hold" is on inactive accounts. Your best bet is if you have 2 accounts get the second one up and running and trade homes between the 2.

The gentilman said when I asked after a closed account that was close to term for turn on, I was informed it was "on" meaning that the account was being held in limbo. If the account page is not working Lady Michelle sent you to call the orgin # for assistance.

You need to go into your ea account under subscriptions for closed accounts

In another thread, he stated it was a keep.
Why would you put a keep on a 3 month account? Keeps are still valuable enough to warrant keeping an active monthly subscription and not playing the 3 month game, especially given their storage.

There are many castles people have that never play but pay every 3 months for what reason I have no clue
I know someone on Legends that has a few castles and this person has not played in almost 4 years. I play on GL my neighbor has a nice spot with a lakefront view many people would love to have this spot. I have only saw this person twice in over a year 
On many servers keeps are worthless.
Everyone owns a keep on Siege, yur not a true Sieger till you own one or a castle.
On that point I was running thru the woods yest outside luna and came accross 2 SS's (one blank, one with 120 blacksmithy) and a single Philips wooden steed. I swear there was a small craftable house there 2 days earlier.
Gave the stones to Shalimar if anyone cares.
They could have sat there for a very long time since those are two of the items that don't decay ever.
