1 have gotten numbers 1-15 but i cant seem to get the task to get #16 cant some one help me and tell or show me where to get it

That means you have a task in your list you need to complete before the Toon HQ will give it to you. So work on the tasks you have now, and every time you complete one check to see if it's offered to you.

Ugh ... MM ... it's just sickeningly cute!!! It was my favorite until I helped my boyfriend, and my roommates, and now my second toon through it ... Stupid cream pies *grumbles*
