I'm training this skill now too... and I think Poo's disco primer (stickied) is still accurate.
Personally I am using:
Garmans from 49 to 68
Lesser Boura 68 - 88
Mix of lesser Boura and Wandering Healers - healers grove (to 90)
Mix of Disco Mastery / Wandering Healers 90+ (currently 95)
OH... and its not fast.
