Need a lockpicking house!

Are there any Lockpicking Houses on LS that are open right now? I want to make a new treasure hunter in expectation of the map changes, but to do so I need locked boxes. If there are, can anyone clue me in to where one is?

If not, any tinkers looking for work? I'll need lots of boxes and lockpicks lol.
