Buying Armor Need a crafter to make this gorget

Looking for somebody to make a STUDDED gorget with the following resists and then 5 DCI with a spined kit.

I must of made 300+ base parts and from the 20 or so with the correct resists I don't roll the DCI!!!

8+ physical
8+ fire
3+ cold
8+ poison

5 DCI

RNG is killing me today

Got this kinda sorted now. I just used a different legendary piece and now don't really need the gorget.
