Necro without spirit speak?

I mainly only use a few necromancy skill on my tab.

wraith, (or maybe lich)
wisp
blood oath
evil omen


would animate dead work without spirit speak?

if i wanted gm necro and SS i could drop meditation instead of spirit speak, does lich+wisp compensate for not having gm med?

The animates are completly based on REAL necro skill. skill buff items donot work here. SS makes no diferance

You need SS to cast the wisp. All familars use equal necro/ss to cast as miimums.

Wrath form uses SS to calculat the leech effect. With 0 ss youll leech zero or close.

Ad far as mana regeneration and the lich form I belive its independant of active med. Meaning when Im in lich and I activly meditate I dont see the diferance. I do however gain pasive mana MUCH faster. So it comes down to preferance. When I run a pure spell slinger i want 120 med and focus since it is my only way of causing damage!

The trade off is skill + items animate(real gm needed) and suit mods/resists and artis. Being able to craft a suit with a HoM 2/6 casting +80 skill points and still having the resists at 70s is tough. I made my brother a suit like this and it wasnt easy and hes stilll tweaks it for MR for 10s of millions per piece!
