[Necromancy] Necro Champ Spawn Template Question

I've been working on a champ spawn necro char for the past week or so. I plan on wither spamming in wraith form during the early stages, and then corpse skin + flamestrike spam on the boss. I'm building towards this template right now with 720 skill cap:

120 Med
120 Spirit Speak
120 Eval
120 Resist
106 Necro (min to not fizzle on any of the spells I'll be using)
106 Magery (min to not fizzle on 7th circle)

Lich form and 7th circle spells are the highest I'll be casting in necro & magery, so I don't see any point to going above 106 real skill in those.

My question is what should I put the 28 other skill points into? Or should I just go for 120 necro & magery? I don't know of any particular bonus to going that high in mage / necro as the skill itself (to my knowledge) does not add any damage to the spells that I will be casting. I'm OK with using +skill items in my gear to raise my template skills so I can have higher than 28 in another skill.

Thanks for any answers!

If it were me and those were the choices I would put the left over on Necro. I notice a good bump in wither at 120 necro versus 105 range. Not to mention on some spawns I run it in Vampiric Embrace to avoid the hassle of poisions - especially ones in ilsh, para dreads and para pois elles suck. Just takes some suit building to make up for the loss of fire resist and loss of ML from wraith form.

Looking at stratics page here: Necromancy Spells - Detailed they seem to indicate ss/necro level both factor into some spells.

Ahhh there we go, I knew I had seen some info about higher necro skill buffing the damage of some of the necro spells. I'll end up taking necro to 120 in that case. Thanks for refreshing my memory!

Keep in mind some spells are based off of Magery and not eval. Healing and curse are two such spells.

Curse:

Lowers the Strength, Dexterity and Intelligence of the target by a percentage (Magery / 10 +1) (11% at 100 Magery) Resisting Spells scales down the potency. When targetted on a player it reduces elemental resistance caps by 10.

Greater Healing:

Target is healed by 40% (caster's Magery) + (1-10)
(41-50 pts at 100 magery)
