Does necromancy have to be real 99 or real 100, or you can have necromancy 85 and the rest on a ring to reach 100 necro for the vamp to work?

You can use items to raise necro and need to keep it at that level to keep the form, doesnt have to be true skill

One thing to note is if you use jewelry to reach 100 necro, if you take it off for any reason, you’ll lose the form almost immediately.
