Natural Dyes & Woven Baskets

I made my first couple of baskets today in purple and blue. Will make more tomorrow when my next batch of plants is ready to harvest.

I've got lots of dyes on my vendor right now - just about every shade of the "regular" colors, several rare dark mixes, black, white and a few other goodies.

Update:
Dye prices - 20K for "regular colors", 75-100K for rares. Baskets take multiple plants, with different styles taking difference multiples, so price depends on basket style.

My "regular" dyes are 20K, and none of my rares are 75K-100K. Deflation happened almost as quickly as inflation.

Thanks, Zonk. Duke has dibs on the first batch of white that comes up next, but I'll pencil you in for the next.

The problem is getting the white seeds... It takes about 6-7 minutes to do the seed quest and get a seed, but you can't pick which rare color you'll get at the end of the quest, and of all the times I've run this quest lately (about 50 in the last month), the white is the one that comes up the least. I did 20 runs in one night, and got one single white seed.

So that's the scoop on the ice white dyes.

Uvtha and Freja are also doing dyes, and presumably running the quests sometimes, too. You might want to see if they have any coming up sooner.

Oh - and if anyone *does* want baskets in a particular color - please let me know. You cut up plants one way for dyes, but a different way for baskets, and it takes more plants for baskets, so a little bit of planning has to be involved. Baskets can also be made in "natural" color, too, from cutting up plain plants.

I havent been doing the naturalist quest, but I do have a few dyes from those plants up, and I do plan on doing it in the future. Too busy killing stuff in the abyss at the mo!

I changed some of my prices too. Vendor is at south wall at Luna.

Dye prices:
25K for most "regular colors"
50K for red and purple "regular colors"
75K for rares colors (not white, black, ice and dark colors)
100K for white, black, ice and dark colors

Right now, I'm not making baskets as the few I made did not sell.
