Nasty Bug with Wall in Color Puzzle Room

I just finished the color puzzle room and was all excited to teleport through the last door and see what I got as my reward... I double clicked the doors and jiggled my mouse to move forward, but instead took a step to the right and fell right through some kind of hole in the wall or floor there. It shot me outside of the room and into the black space outside. I am now trapped here with a finished token that is running out of time and I paged a GM, but I am 16th in line so not figuring I will get one in time even if one HAPPENS to show up and not send me a canned response. I tried to click the door to see if it would tele me back into the room, but I get the message that I have participated in this puzzle and must wait 24 hours.. NO DUH! I have my finished token running outta time in my bag.... I cant exit or I won't be able to get into the rooms.

I know I am screwed on this one.. so this is just a FYI so you don't have the same thing happen.

Well it blew up and I never got below 12 in line to see a GM. Insane amount of time to get a GM to get around to sending you that famous and completely useless canned response....

We are aware of this issue and a fix has already been made for it. It will be in the next publish.

In the meantime, using the left door (west side) will prevent this from happening.

Ah thanks for the heads up. I have been doing them trying to get enough rewards to redo my cave and I sooooo didn't want to have that happen again. The puzzle takes enough time on its own. I'm glad there is a way to make sure it won't happen until the fix comes through.

what would be nice is a herald having a running page with things being fixed such as this and the gargoyle dresser. Letting folks know that you are aware of it adn should use a perticular door is just decent coustomer service, what is NOT decent customer service is coming in after more than one person has had something happen, after the fact saying we know that it is happening and here is what you should do.

your suggestion on avoiding the problems should be posted immediately, as I am sure that it is not hush, hush because it allows anything to be flooded in the game, with you telling us to avoid useing certian doors or certain furniture

I thought about that but I tested the door I could reach to see if I left if it would let me back in and it gave me the you must wait 24 hours message. I figured if I left I wouldn't be let back in since that token was completed, but just not turned in. I was hoping a GM would get to me in time to shoot me into the room, but alas...
