Napa lag is a nightmare suddenly

I'm not in the same area, but I've been on NV for the last hour and it has been smooth as butter for me. It may be your ISP or route to the shard servers.
Lag on Napa has been getting steadily worse over the past month or longer. Does not matter where you are. I ping 25 to Napa and experience the same as Spellbound. I have heard others complaining thru chat, and the last few events
have been unbearable. I think the hamster skipped out on us.
