Okay I'll take a go: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple are in the same order left-to-right in both the bottle and dyed plate crates - ice, bright, regular/dull, dark.
Top left crate of plate: plain, off white, metal, ice black
Middle left crate of plate: top row - white, black, rare magenta, rare pink, aqua; bottom row - undyed plate, fire
Bottom left crate of plate: top row blues, bottom row purples
Top right crate: top row oranges, bottom row yellows
Bottom right crate: top row reds, bottom row greens
*Plain dye isn't an eraser back to original color - I tried it on a regular red spellbook and it turned it pale gray.
