Name Change / face n hair

Are there any name change deeds on the shard? I have gold and I'd like to find one. Also, how do I get a new face and new hair?

New face is only available in KR, you get them from the 'body sculpture' npc, you'll find him and the hair restyle npc at some mage shops. The small one to the north of Vesper bank and the alchemy shop by the river, West Brit are two of them.
