[Inscription] Mysticism Spellbooks

How much Mysticism is neccessary to make the spellbooks with Mods? On my shard I have not been able to find any vendors that have one with the skill, and I am about ready to raise the skill on my scribe to make one myself.

basicly 80 inscription to get 1 mod 90 for 2 100 for 3 and over 100 increases chances!
i would imagine mysticism works the same!

Having Mysticism skill is not necessary to scribe Mysticism spell scrolls -- all you need is 80 Inscription and a Mysticism Book with the spell you want to make in your backpack.
