Mysticism Spellbook with mods ?

I seen some Mysticism spell books with slayer mods . fc . fcr etc. And i made about 500 books my self and got 0 mods .. anyone know anything about this ?

To inscribe Magery spellbooks with mods you need the Magery skill (80 minimum, 120 recommended).

I suppose that you need the Mysticism skill to inscribe Mysticism spellbooks with mods then.
