seems magic resist or not..

can still be purged of any buffs abilities ...like ever couple seconds..which includes forms , such as ninja animal..so i would think it would work on wraiths too?

can be cast sleep on like every what 3 seconds?

and purge is like 2 seconds?


just curious of any counters there might be in the future, with magic resist or not....and if EA is not going to change the casting speed of mysticism in pvp.

What is your magic resist at?

I just started playing a mystic after the pub went in but from what i can see when i'm fighting a mage pvper (most have 120 resist) i cannot sleep them at all. I also cannot knock people out of form the majority of the time that have (i assume) 120 resist either.


All in all i see it to be working as intended. Casting speed is fine to me as well.

Atleast to 120 resist sleep does nothing, evil omen sleep works.

Also purge magic is resisted a lot with resisting spells.

120 resist makes you immune to sleep.
And purge magic works kinda like poison spell. If you have high resist skill you will resist a good amount but if you dont have the skill it hits almost every single time.

Resist 120 isn't supposed to make you immune to most spells, just give you a chance of blocking some of it. Even poison and paralyze can't be fully resisted every time, in my experience.

i cast sleep on my brother with 120 resists for 30 minutes one day right after i had myst skilled to 120 to test it...

it didn't land once


so like everyone else said....use some of those spare points on your archer and get some resists
