My vet rewards are gone..

I had many, many vet rewards to choose from, from all my accounts, I had been saving them over the years and what do you know? Ever since I had to re-activate them it is no longer there, asking me if I would like to choose a reward..

And what I mean is, every since the account migration and having to re-enter all my billing info, or ever since one of the patches, I didn't notice till today.. It no longer asks to pick from vet rewards.. I had quite a few on each of my accounts, at least 3 or 4..

Please fix this asasp..

Vet Rewards were disabled due to a bug.

Without giving details of how it worked, of course, out of curiosity, what was this bug about ?

They are disabled, so cannot be picked anyways.

I am curious, because it is the very first time I hear of a bug with Veteran Rewards in so many years...........

Popps: We do not allow such discussions. There's really not a way they could tell you what you want to know without revealing details that should not be revealed. And sadly, bugs have a way of sometimes creeping back into the game occasionally so it is best left alone.

I have two account that should only be 6 month apart in time, but now they are 14 month apart, who fixes that?

We wanted to give you guys a quick update on a few topics. The issue with Accounts being stuck in a Trial state has been fixed. If you are still experiencing this problem please contact our Customer Service by placing an in-game petition. Housing is still in a no decay state till we finalize the testing, we hope to have this finished along with re-enabling Veteran Rewards by the end of next week. We’ll keep you guys updated when we have additional information to pass along.

I am guessing here, that the testing is not finished, so no house decay and no vet rewards at present time.

Uhm , no house decay? I found a house that vanished , not sure if it decayed or not (it said owned by OSI on the sign). I placed a plot there and my old house is decaying as usual, so i guess it doesnt apply if you place a new house?

I believe it was a bug allowing you to get multiple vet awards. And when I say multiple I mean hundreds. I know someone who claimed over 200 rewards. Not sure how the bug worked but realise I couldnt post here even if I did. They did a revert shortly after it was discovered.

I have a bad feeling that this is one of those "we are working on it" things that will take forever to be fixed.
