My storage ability is +60%, but it is saying I can't transfer a house to me with +20%

I need to transfer one of my houses before it goes IDOC. So, I bought the High Seas code. It took 10 hours for the code to be emailed to me. I now have 60% increased storage on the account. However, when I go to transfer the house with 20% additional storage, it tells me that my account cannot handle the additional items.

I have been away from the game for a couple of years, but please tell me that this is not a known bug, because it is the easiest bug to fix. It is a simple formula match calculation. I spent $15 to do this. This better work.

Can anyone please help, devs or anyone?

There is a current glitch with the amount of storage and Vendors on a house during a transfer.

In order to transfer the house you need to release enough containers to bring the amount of storage below the original storage amount without any upgrades.

Once you have done that you can transfer the house and then go back inside and lock them all down.

The same action needs to be done with the vendor count if you have rentals on a property and are selling them

Agreed!...... But good luck ever seeing anything done about them...


Sadly how many of us can name off 10 bugs off the top of our heads that need fixing???

In my opinion you should have to think REAL hard to come up with 10....

but sadly most of us could come up with 10 in less than 10 min.
