My sampire set up

I use this for Navrey, Medusa, and renowned spawns. Keep in mind I am on Siege, I just want to point out you don't need a 500m suit to run this bugger effectively.

And I ride an armored swampy. All in all it cost me about 2m to get the suit imbued, or about 15m production gold. All I do is feint, LS 5x in a row, with EoO up and honor. I take out Navrey in about 15 and Medusa in 25, less if I use gorgon lenses. Just wanted to share my set up with some poor aspiring Sampires, if I do it with that little on Siege, you can do it with that much on prodo!

I don't mean this negatively or anything. Does having all faction armor on Siege a way to work around not having item insurance since it is owned by if attacked?

Not really, people still take your faction items. It is mostly done due to availability.

I use feint pretty often, so that halves the damage I take. With all 70's and an armored swamp dragon, I generally only take about 35dmg per hit. She has to hit me 3x in a row to kill me at that rate, and I have 5s bandages and heal potions to back me up. Unless she hits 6x in a row and I didn't feint, I am fine.

Vampric Embrace form. And mana is kind of inconsequential. I think with elf form I have.... 50. But I never run out. I usually stay in between 30-50.

So you run with 0 anatomy. Seems like you lessened the effectiveness of healing, evasion, and damage output (which impacts life leech). Have you thought about replacing your 100 parry with 100 anatomy? Since you are using feint weapons this is probably a viable option and might actually improve your performance. You will get hit more, but you'll be hitting harder, healing better, and leeching more life per hit too. Just something to ponder. I personally run 120 parry and 100 anat with 0 healing... But I am using macing and don't use feint weapons.
