There aren't any regs, resources, or gold inside but there are hundreds upon hundreds of strongbox quality items from my time abusing the broken bottle quest and sanctuary strongbox quests.
I don't believe there are any uber one handed mage weapons in there but there is a ton of usable jewels, weapons, and armor pieces that could be used by players of any experience level.
Greatly worn as of right now, I would expect IDOC by tomorrow afternoon but you may want to keep an eye on it.
