It appears to be UO Automap. If you double click the center of the map it toggles between having border and no borders.

Zosimus it is japan updated UOAM version, I know most people in stratics would not have updated uoam version, Even some of the japanese does not know about this. You only can get it if you did what I did, Study and search like mad

Congrats on getting your ship. The group that I hunt with has a total of 6 ships so far. 2 are in the waters and the rest are in storage or being sold. Good luck on the 120 fishing scroll I have not had a chance to do any of the fishing quests.

He's not covering anything, it's UOAM. It's just been updated by someone who released it as well on the Japanese shards.

As far as I know it only add the Ter Mur map uner the Map-World option in uoam, Ter Mur map don't even have a performacne setting option. But how Mythic see this is hard to say..

I did as kamiiyu22 explained, and I got SA maps.

At first I got an error, too.
I just forgot that I had to choose "Run as administrator" option
to apply the patch instead of double-clicking the icon on my Vista.

I'm by no means a lawyer, but the idea of modifying something someone else created without their involvement just seems at best improper, and I have no clue at all how such a change impacts on the 'approved' status of automap - so for now, I'll pass on using this one.

Are you running UOAM 8.3 Beta? If not you will have problem trying to patch it.
You can download uoam 8.3 here UOAM.net - UO Auto-Map Alternate Download Location
Download Beta.zip file.
Backup you whole UOAM directory first, then unzip the beta.zip, copy the files and replace the old files in uoam directory.
Now apply the patch. The patch process bar should go to 100%.

Remember please backup your uoam files first, so if something didn't work properly, you can still go back to it.

There are two different possible issues :

1. copyrights : you are not allowed to copy and distribute someone else's software. By patching UOAM, you obviously do not break any copyrights

2.License agreement : when you downloaded the software from uoam.net, you agreed on some terms. it is actually a contract between you and the software owner.

I suspect some terms of the License agreements are there due to the UoPro program.

one dumb question... i still see the old haven map instead of the new haven map when i recall to new haven. am i doing something wrong? i've been searching the boards and the internet for 2 hours and i can't find anything except old posts that look like they'd just counteract the d/l i just did. a.k.a., i don't want to gain new haven but lose ter mur.
edit - can't see the new fire island map either, with the underworld entrance and volcano.
