My Mood

In some messages there are, in the right of the message, the phrase "My Mood" and after a little images with the status. How can i put my mood?
In my control panel i don't find how to insert this mood.
Someone can help me?

On this page, reading messages...
Look in the upper right hand side of the window, right below where it says :
Welcome, Ivory Norwind and click where it says My Mood: Click here to change
