Ok...I figured it out.
For anyone else that might have this issue (apparently im a special kind of technology impaired).
This was a result of me putting UO into a window and resising. The current target bar went to the very edget of the screen.
So, in in the My Doc's folder, in the user section thing, look for "Target Window" and then just change the location to some other random number until it shows back up.
Just an fyi. If you plan on resising the window after you've found it, make sure that you are currently NOT targeting anything while you resize the window, or it will do the SAME thing again...
