I'd like to offer an apology for the problems encountered with tonight's Blood League event.
I thought I had all bases covered in the planning and testing phase, but it appears it was not so. I should have noticed the design problems we were bound to encounter with the stat loss rules at the time I decided to switch the schedule to accommodate the low number of teams we had. That 20 minute waiting period on stat loss just killed us. The false start in that match also should not have occurred.
As the EM responsible for tonights event it is my job to for-see and head off any and all problems, and so the fault is mine alone.
I will continue to work on this event design and give it another shot next month. Hopefully the lessons learned tonight will allow a smoother run.
