Righty has been a late night player for a long time, but it would be very odd for him to ask where his house is. I wouldn't give out that info.
Elmer - Call the Customer Support number. If not open now, try in the morning, but it is my understanding they can do a lot to help. In the meantime, create a new email address to use with your accounts, since the other has apparently been compromised. It is recommended that you use a separate email address for each account, for obvious reasons.
If you get any of your accounts back, change the passwords [obviously], but also have an EA rep add a second password to your account so that an EA Rep will require it before talking to anyone claiming to be you. In fact, I highly recommend that everyone do this in an effort to protect accounts. Its not fool proof, but if the fool on EA's end has half a clue and requires this password before giving out/changing info on the account, it could save your account.
PS: Elmer - Since your account information has been compromised, you might also check with your credit card issuer and check for fradulent charges. I'm not trying to alarm you, but its better to be safe than sorry. Cover your bases!
