must re-do the bard mastery quest after publish?

My bard completed all 3 bard masteries before the publish, but after the publish I get messages saying I "am not on correct patch..." indicating I have not done the other two quests.

Is that a "bug"? or cant a bard have 3 masteries at the same time?

The documentation has always said that you can only have one mastery at a time. You can constantly switch between by re-doing the appropriate quest.

oh I see, thank you. After reading the publish notes, I thought it was changed so that you can have all of masteries at the same time =.=

What's changed is, you can use both spellsongs of the mastery at the same time. If you have enough mana to sustain them.
