Mouseover change?

It used to be that I would mouse over an object and its stats would automatically come up. There was a glitch or something a few days ago, and now the stats only come up if I single-click on the object -- just mousing over it reveals nothing. Does anyone know how to fix this so it goes back to the way it used to be?

In the 2D client in the options you can toggle "Display Item Properties Icon" under the interface tab (mouse tab). It creates an icon similar to the one below

Its most likely set to an half moon with an arrow on the top. Double Click on it and it should change to an eye, then a data base, then back to a mouse like the image and your problem should be fixed.
