Mortal strike not working on soul glaive?

Just got my throwing to 90 today, 90 throwing 115 tactics. Can do the special but it doesn't do anything...


is it me? or a problem with the weapon?

There are some quirky things in code, I think one of them being the way the requirements are written.
So if you need 90 to do your special move and it isnt working, there's a good chance that when it was written they wrote it as skill > 90.
Which isnt the same as skill >= 90.

So you'd actually need 90.1 skill to execute the special. And if its being rounded before that then you'd actually need 91.

You'll see similar stuff like that with healing and anatomy res requirements.

If you didn't have the required skill it would say something to that effect.
"You need [blah blah] to use this special" or something.
For what I'm getting from the OP, the special is firing off, but not giving the effect.

That's exactly what's happening... It's rather annoying considering that the soul glaive is the only throwing weapon with a special that blocks heals.

Been bugged since they made throwing weapons. Too bad they didnt fix it.

Mortal strike bugged since SA, bug is that health bar doesn't display that mobile is "Mortal Striked", but the status is applied.

As i know mortal strike status work on players only now.
