More urgent than the pirates, LS Serp's Hold Trammel Spawn....

The Controllers either spawn underground, or fall underground once they are engaged.

The spawn thus keeps coming no matter how much we fight, no matter how many times we kill successive waves.

I've paged, but....Obviously this is gonna happen again.

Oh, get this....The GM said to consult the knowledge base.

So, please, dev team, fix this....

There's no point in doing the Serp's Hold spawn until and unless this is fixed.

yeah, cept for the sect guys it isn't much fun in Serpent's Hold ~ we've got vanguard controllers stuck underground in two spots now

I THINK I counted three....lol

And someone should tell the GMs that stuck spawn is kind of one of the issues they exist for. Or, at least, such HAS been the case in the past.

I hesitate to page again; sometimes someone helps, but sometimes my account gets threatened and that would suck.

Now ...
if you have the guarunteed accurate spawn cycle design template ...

maybe you can enforce your perceieved quarunteed victory over the spawn ...

Same thing on Atlantic in Serp Hold....and in Nu'Jelm, there are tons stuck inside the walls of the Palace in both Tram and Fel.

Last time I paged on a monster that had spawned in an incorrect space, they indeed pulled it.

Expectations for customer service keep going lower and lower...This game is so much fun and has so many virtues, too....

that is not true at all. GM's can move things and do so very often.
they might not be able to fix the problem, but they can do there job's.

move then report the issue to higher boss's, it happens enough times it'll get lookid into.

wah wah wah .... not advancing quick enough ... (spawn starting in cove ... then nujulem then in serpentshold, and papua, and delucia ...)
wah wah wah .... mages cant cast fields in town
wah wah wah ... have to be a tamer
wah wah wah ... non tamers killing my dreads
wah wah wah ... welll they moved a critter before ...
wah wah wah ... they don't answer pages quick enough ...
wah wah wah ... takes too many clicks to get the turn in done
wah wah wah ... takes to many clicks to build points for the prize
wah wah wah ... not worth the time toturn in the item and turn in the tickets cause the T-shirts aren't selling fast enough to rate me wasting my time for any of that ...

As per usual it's a case of this GM vs that GM. If GM's didn't move spawn then harrower's would constantly be screwed because tents are always spawning where you can't get to them. Not kill them slowly. Not advancing the wrong way. CAN'T get to them. GM's need to begin stepping up to the plate and acting in a manner that is current industry standard. UO has some of the worst GM policies in the biz. Lots of things add up...

I don't think the game is designed ... so that it is mandatory that I WIN every time ... in EVERY situation ...
Like a "finish hand" switch in a game of computer solitare ...

Could be ... and it seems ... some ARE wanting the game to be so ....

If I can't get to a spawn and kill it ... I don't waste time fretting about what I might be missing ...
I move on to the next likely target ... (and, yeah, sometimes an occasional bug report:thumbup1:)

What you have seemed to Fayle to understand here, is this is a customer complaint about a bug in the game, NOT a complaint about not "winning hands down". but I already know you have no forsight as how to understand that, as you have preconceived ideas about what this is all about, and NOONE will change your mind. do bug reports work for you? if so is it because you report them directly to jeremy? perhaps you should consider getting off your high horse, and investing in that glass stomach one day....
People keep leaving this game because of warped thinking such as what you interject into this game.

Galen, about two years ago when the ophidian invasion occurred, we got organized on Baja one Saturday and had masses of people out to push back the invasion in Serpent's Hold. Some of the monsters did spawn inside the walls and the GMs were absolutely fantastic about clearing them for us that day when we paged.

Given that this event's spawn seems to be designed to keep reoccuring (as opposed to the ophidian invasion where the idea was push back the invasion one town at a time until you cleared the Terathan Keep), I suppose it's possible the GMs are operating under different rules. However, that just doesn't sound right to me. A week ago, Draconi said at the town hall meeting they were fixing the problem of the Cove spawn popping up in player houses. Seems like this issue is similar in that the spawn is popping up where it isn't intended to be.
