More support failures

So over a week ago, I sent an email to uo tech support with 2 simple questions.

#1 Is there a way to link more than 9 accounts to 1 email

#2 Is there a way to see what chars that are on the accounts before I activate them

A week passed, and guess what they sent me as a response?

step by step instructions on how to activate my accounts........ Not one word about either of the questions I asked. A week to come up with that? WTF?

DO THEY EVEN BOTHER TO READ THE ****?

You can check which characters are on what account by looking in the folders that are created when you log into UO that store character data and macros. The Folder name is the account name, the sub folders are the character names.
