IMO, only things in that list that have a general value are:

AoF, cursed - couple of hundred Ks?
Fey leggings - 50K
Aegis of Grace - 50K
Midnight Bracers - 300-500Kish?
Inquis - 500Kish?
Silvani's bow - 50-100K
Boomstick - 100K
Pixie Swatter - 30-50K
Heart of the Lion - 50K
Jaana's staff - 50-100K
Melisande's hatchet - 50-100K
Staff of Pyros - 500-1Mish?

Of course, these prices are what they are worth to me, not what others might pay for them.

Andro's Gratitude and the Misericord are quest items/rewards from quests that I think anyone can do.
