More Cheap reagents and alacrity scrools on my vendor

Just over the the west Umbra bridge right on the left side of the road about 2 screens out.
Bloodmoss @ 10.5 per and all others at 6.5 per. (no bp or mr)
Alacrity scrolls cheaper than most other vendors.

also, I still have an animal lore for pathagaris (sp?) if he is still interested.

Is there interest in Bulk arrows at 6.5 per? Or make an offer..I might consider it. Post here if you want them. I have 360k arrows and can put them on the vendor in any quantity that you like.

Can some explain how the alacrty scrolls work while a skill is in RoT?

I may have interest but if I want to know how much help they will be before dropping the coin on them...la

skills that involve you hitting something or get hit by something are quite useless. the other ones you prepare to gain whatever you try to gain, then eat the scroll in a insta log out location (house, inn). use scroll, gain, log out. after the wait time is up to get next gain, log in, gain, log out. repeat. like that you can get 4-5 days of rot with one alacrity scroll. depends a bit what skill (how long it takes to gain). there are easy ones like hiding, there are harder ones like taming.

for best results, use them in a place that you can instantly log out. Use the skill for your gain and then log out. lag back in when its time for your next gain.5,10, or 15 mins. get your gain as fast as possible and log. probably best to use one skill scroll at a time too. as far as I know, fighting skills dont work like this because you cant insta log with them.

you still get 21 gains, just gain more than .1 per gain.

Ok, so those things are absolutely cool. Where do the spawn or were these part of an old turn in program...I may have to go farm some if that is possible...la

you can only use 1 scroll at a time as i tried 2 and it said i was already under the affect of an advanced skill gain scroll. seriously though whats the best way to use a taming one, i used one and only got a few gains because i had to gate to/from and the trip took time. are there any spots you can log quick.....hey rico best if you wait till about 80 at least to use it.
