More Charges For Runebooks

I recently started a thread in UHALL discussing increasing the charge capacity for runebooks a good deal. It seemed to be well received and thought of as eliminating one of those pesky inconveniences that has seemed to hang around for a long time.

Is this something you would consider? I think it would be a great addition.
