Moonglow Outfitters - Dye Tub Access

Someone mentioned this morning that my dye tubs weren't accessible to everyone. Alas, upon checking, some were indeed set to owner only...a brain cramp perhaps. All my dye tubs have been set to anyone access.

I haven't kept up to speed with every dye tub that has been released. If my collection is missing some please let me know and I'll procure them via vet rewards or a GP purchase.

That's good. In the meantime, if anybody notices a dye tub that I don't have please let me know which one and I'll tackle that later. I'm trying to prep for a sale/restock in a couple days and am short of time.
