Monk's Robe

How do you obtain a Monk's Robe? I read a while back there is a way to get them, besides buying. I just can't find the old post.

I believe there's a monk or someone like a monk in Yew who sells them. Hopefully someone else will chime in with more accurate information.

There's an NPC or two who reside in the Yew Winery, just west of Empath Abbey from which you can buy the monk's robes. Inexpensive too, I think around 30gps.
