Mobiles & Followers bars stuck at top left

Hi,

My mobiles bar and followers bar seem to be stuck in the top left corner of the screen, overlapping each other, and I can't move either one of them. I tried resetting the UI locations but they're still stuck in the corner on top of each other.

Any ideas on how I can move them? Thanks!

To move the mobiles bars you have to open their settings (with the cog button each dockspot has), then you can drag them around...
